TERMS OF AGREEMENT

You may not submit links to sites that contain any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law. This includes, but is not limited to: material that is threatening or obscene, material that is with "adult only" content, or material protected by trade secrets and other statute.

You may not submit links to sites that are: threatening or obscene; offensive to any person or group. This includes but is not limited to prejudice, racism, intolerance, hatred, and harassment; expressions that are by nature libelous, defamatory, and offensive to or disrespectful of ethnic, racial, religious, or other groups; harmful to minors; or likely to cause damage to reputation of third parties.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, me, V Van Sant, from all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any connections, agreements, etc. made with other users of this site.

The images shown at this site are the sole property of each contributor of the image(s). You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the content shown at this site without proof of permission from the owner to do so. I reserve the right, at my discretion, to refuse requests for blocks of space for any reason, and to delete a user's space if a violation of any of these Terms occurs. I retain the right to refuse any image I feel would be offensive to the general public.
